Service Description

This is a four session package, including a support recording. Each session is an hour and spaced about a week apart. This will give time to notice changes and target anything which is holding you back from been the healthy, fit, energised you. To complete your online booking you will need to book your first session. Teresa will contact you to book the next sessions and discuss what is involved in sessions. Payment is via bank transfer on the day of the first session. Are you on any anti psychotic medication, bipolar, schizophrenic or suicidal? If you answered 'yes' to any of these unfortunately Teresa is unable to work with you. These conditions are outside her area of training and anti psychotic medications can impede the effectiveness of the hypnotherapy. If you're unsure call Teresa on 0437 868 969 to clarify.
