This package includes a 1.5 hour session followed about a week later with a 1 hour session, support recording and mind training tools. Retraining the mind requires repetition to make the new pathway stronger. It's like if you want to get fit, you need to repeat exercising and eating healthy food. The sessions aren't about educating you about the downsides of smoking, you already know that. Instead it's about giving you the tools to create a new pathway in your mind. You can live your life as a non-smoker. To complete your online booking you will need to book your first session. Teresa will contact you to book the next session and discuss what is involved in sessions. Payment is via bank transfer on the day of the first session. Are you on any anti psychotic medication, bipolar, schizophrenic or suicidal? If you answered 'yes' to any of these unfortunately Teresa is unable to work with you. These conditions are outside her area of training and anti psychotic medications can impede the effectiveness of the hypnotherapy. If you're unsure call Teresa on 0437 868 969 to clarify.
